The Order Includes: Organization Of A Rehabilitation Package Trip For 72 Adults 60+ With Various Diseases - 14 Stay Days. The Project Creating Local Support Systems For Seniors Is Implemented As Part Of The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie 2021 - 2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus. Requirements For The Center: - Accommodation In One Facility In Double Rooms. Or 3-Person Each Room Is To Be Equipped With Single Beds With Bedding (Bunk Beds Are Excluded), Wardrobes, Chairs And Tables, A Tv Set, A Kettle, Glasses And Plates, A Table With Chairs, Cabinets And Bedside Lamps, And A Separate Ironing Area On Each Floor - Meals Min. 3 Meals A Day + Coffee Service, - Each Room Should Have A Full Bathroom (Washbasin, Shower, Toilet) And Must Be Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People - Each Room Should Be Equipped With Satellite Tv, Telephone, Cordless Kettle. - The Center Should Have A Canteen, A Separate Recreation Area With Tables And Benches, And A Parking Lot At The Facility. - The Package Should Start With Lunch On The First Day And End With Breakfast On The Last Day Of The Package. Each Participant Will Receive An Additional Packed Lunch For The Return Journey. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Monitor The Progress Of The Package. - The Treatment Base Is To Be Located In The Accommodation Building Of The Package Participants, And The Sports And Recreation Base Is To Be Located In The Center. The Organization Of Free Time Should Include Cultural, Educational, Sports And Recreational Activities (Including Music/Dance Evenings) And The Possibility Of Free Use Of The Swimming Pool (If Available), As Well As The Possibility Of Free Use Of Sports And Recreational Facilities. - The Contractor Is To Provide A Coordinator - A Person Responsible For The Stay And Organization Of Free Time For The Package Participants. - The Center Is To Be Adapted To The Needs Of Disabled People. - A Manager/Guardian From The Commune Is Not Expected To Provide Accommodation. - The Ordering Party Allows The Group (72 People) To Be Divided Into Two.
