The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented Based On The Assumptions Specified In The Product And Price Specification (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz), Technical Specification (Appendices No. 3.1 To The Swz) And On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Including The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
