The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery (Including Installation, Commissioning, Testing, Documentation, Training) Of A Microscope For Inspection Of Ready-Made, Assembled Semiconductor Devices, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.2. The Requirements And Technical Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is Also A Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract (The Subject Matter Of Evidence). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request Clarification Of The Content Of Annex 1 To The Swz. 3. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Meet The Described Requirements.
