1. The First Part Of The Order Is Comprehensive Legal Services For The Investment Project Titled: Expansion, Reconstruction And Partial Change Of Use Of The Building Of The Independent Public Health Care Center In Siemiatycze In Order To Improve The Quality And Availability Of Health Care Services In The Field Of Long-Term Care. Co-Financed Under The National Recovery And Resilience Plan D4.1.1. Development Of Long-Term Care Through Modernization Of The Infrastructure Of Medical Entities At The District Level Kpod.07.08-Ip.10-001/24, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project, In Particular The Provision Of Legal Assistance In The Field Of: A) Preparation And Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures Related To The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Project, B) Implementation Of Public Procurement Under The Above-Mentioned Project, C) Implementation And Settlement Of Public Procurement Contracts, Including A Contract For Construction Works Under The Above-Mentioned Project, D) Settlement Of The Above-Mentioned Project, E) All Matters Necessary For The Proper Implementation And Settlement Of The Above-Mentioned Project.2. The Second Part Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent Legal Assistance To The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Ordering Partys Current Activities, In Particular, But Not Exclusively, The Provision Of Legal Assistance In The Field Of Public Procurement And Public Finance Law, Contracts And Orders Concluded By The Ordering Party, Labor Law, Administrative Law And Health Care System Regulations By: A) Drawing Up And Giving Opinions On Regulations, Statutes And Other Internal Acts; B) Drawing Up And Giving Opinions On Contracts; C) Preparing Legal Opinions And Legal Information, Providing Consultations And Advice Legal Matters In Both Written And Oral Form; D) Support In The Implementation Of Contracts And In The Preparation Of Applications, Notifications Or Offers; E) Participation In Negotiations And Meetings; F) Legal Advice And Representation. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Guarantee The Minimum Number Of Hours In A Given Time Period, And Settlement Will Be Based On The Number Of Hours Actually Worked.4. Detailed Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of The Legal Assistance Provided Are Included In The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. Based On The Experience Of The Ordering Partys Needs To Date, The Estimated And Assumed Number Of Hours In The Scope Of Ongoing Legal Services For The Ordering Party Is Approximately 300 Hours Per Year, So An Average Of 25 Hours Of Work Of A Legal Advisor Or Attorney Per Month In The Scope Of Ongoing Legal Services For The Ordering Party Should Be Assumed. In Terms Of Comprehensive Legal Services For The Project, The Ordering Party Estimates The Execution Of The Order At A Level Of No More Than 500 Hours Of Work By A Legal Advisor Or Attorney.
