In Places Where The Description Of Equivalent Technical Requirements Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. The Offered Product Will Be Considered An Equivalent Solution If It Meets The Equivalence Criteria/Parameters Described By The Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor Who, At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer, Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.
