In The Action And Financial Plan 2024 – 2027, The Municipal Council In Sandnes, In The Social Housing Action Plan, Has Decided To Build Five Robust Homes For The Disadvantaged In Foss-Eikeland. The Municipal Council Has Set Aside A Total Of Nok 17 Million In Investment Funds For The Completion Of The Entire Project, Including, Among Other Things, Land And Planning Costs, Foundation Work, Construction Of Buildings, Outdoor Works And Vat. The Homes Are To Be Built As Five Detached Buildings With Common Access From The Road. Each Home Must Consist Of A Living Room/Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom, Sports Shed And Technical Shed, With Terrace And Covered Entrance Area. In Connection With The Homes, A Common Shed For Waste Management Must Be Built. The Buildings Must Satisfy Requirements In Tek17 And Additional Requirements Set By The Client. The General Contractor Can Choose To Deliver The Building As A Modular Building Or As A Site-Built Building. An Outdoor Area With A Rain Bed, Path, Parking, As Well As Technical Infrastructure With Water And Drainage, Electricity And Telecommunications, Etc. Will Be Developed. Assumed Contract Value Is Estimated To Be Nok. 11 Million Excl. Vat
