The Scope Of The Service Being Advertised Is A Framework Agreement With A Planned Initial Delivery Of Around 100 Control Cabinets Including The Pre-Assembled Passive Components And The Internal Cabling As Well As The Separate Delivery Of The Active Components For A Telecontrol System For Heating Systems As Well As For The Further Delivery Of Around 40 Telecontrol Systems Per Year Over A Period Of Five Years With An Option To Extend A Maximum Of Three Times A Year. In Addition To The Delivery Of The Control Cabinets Including The Pre-Assembled Passive Components And The Internal Cabling, The Delivery Also Includes The Delivery Of The Active Components In Their Original Packaging With An Intact Manufacturer Seal Including The Configuration And Parameterization Tool Directly To The Client. For Each Control Cabinet, Including The Active And Passive Components, The Corresponding Spare Parts Must Be Made Available To The Client For A Period Of 5 Years From Delivery. The Installation Of The Active Components In The Pre-Assembled Control Cabinets As Well As The Connection Of The Telecontrol Systems On Site Is Carried Out By The Client And Is Therefore Not Part Of The Tendered Service. In Addition, The Contractor Must Develop A Basic Parameterization For The Communication Of The Delivered Telecontrol Systems With A Local Scada System Of The Client (Currently Wincc Oa 3.20). The Basic Parameterization Must Initially Be Designed For Two Standard Types And Adapted To Special Types Over The Course Of The Framework Agreement.
