Itb Sog Ultrasound & General Radiographic System - General Contractor Service . Project Description: 1. The Project Involves The Consolidation Of Two Existing X-Ray Rooms Into A Single Digital Radiography (Dr) Suite. Additionally, The Second X-Ray Room Will Be Re-Purposed To Accommodate A New Ultrasound Room, Enhancing Diagnostic Capabilities And Patient Comfort. The Scope Of Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To: • Selective Demolition And Hoarding. • Installation Of New Finishes. • Electrical And Mechanical Upgrades To Accommodate New Medical Imaging Equipment. • Coordination For Installation Of Owner Supplied Equipment. Note: New General Radiographic System Equipment & Ultrasound Equipment Will Be Procured By Owner. It Is Imperative That At Least 1 X-Ray Room Remains Operational For X-Ray Imaging Throughout The Duration Of Construction. Prior To Commencing With Room Takeover For Phase 2, Phase 1 Will Need To Be Fully Operational (Expect 1-2 Weeks For Installation & Training From Vendor). Pre-Works For Phase 2 May Commence Provided There Is No Impact On Imaging. Phase 2 (Ultrasound Renovation) Is Expected To Be Complete And Ready For Takeover By July 31, 2026. This Project Has A Strict Funding Expiration And Must Be Financially Complete By October 2026. 2. Ready-For-Takeover Date Required: July 31, 2026 Project Delivery Method: Design-Bid-Build
