Building Consultancy Services – “Fm Planning And Operational Consulting” Services For The New Building Project Of The Federal Ministry For Economic Cooperation And Development (Bmz) In Berlin (Award Number Voek 449-25). The Federal Ministry For Economic Cooperation And Development (Bmz) Needs New Accommodation In Berlin. As The Owner And Developer, The Federal Real Estate Agency (Bima) Intends To Implement This Requirement In A New Building. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Is The Award Of “Fm Planning And Operational Consulting” Services In Accordance With The Underlying Draft Contract (Appendix_C-01). The Future Contractor (Contractor) Should Advise On Facility Management For The Areas Of New Construction And Open-Air Facilities And Carry Out Commissioning Management And Technical Monitoring, Constantly Coordinating With The Client, The General Planner And The Specialist Planners As Well As The Company Carrying Out The Construction.
