It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Procurement Of A Webgis Application With Öreb Cadastral Functionalities. Initial Situation And Project Motivation The Canton Of Schwyz Operates A Webgis Solution To Provide, Visualize And Use Spatial Data For Internal And External Users. The Current Solution Meets A Basic Need, But No Longer Meets Todays Requirements In Terms Of Interoperability, User-Friendliness, Operational Security And Further Development. In Order To Ensure Future-Proof, Sustainable And Standards-Based Operations, The Existing Solution Is To Be Replaced. Current Status Todays Webgis Platform Is Browser-Based And Includes Around 1000 Layers From Various Specialist Areas (Including Infrastructure, Environment, Planning). It Offers Basic Functionalities Such As Map Navigation, Attribute Queries, Print Layouts And Role-Based User Management. There Are Interfaces To Selected Specialist Systems; Their Integration Is Partially Automated. The Öreb Information Is Functionally Connected, But Not Fully Technically Integrated. Protected Data Is Provided For Emergency Services Organizations Via Secured Access. Subject Of The Tender The Subject Of This Procurement Project Is A Standards-Based Webgis Application That Meets The Following Requirements (Not Exhaustive): * Use By Internal Administrative Bodies And External Stakeholders (E.G. Planning Offices, Partner Administrations, Public) * Operation In A Secure And Data Protection-Compliant Hosting Environment (Preferably Ch/Eu) * Provision, Management And Publication Of Geo-Referenced Data Via Modern, Interoperable Interfaces Project Objectives Functional And Operational Objectives The Aim Of The Project Is To Replace The Existing Ones Webgis Solution Through A Modern, Powerful And User-Friendly System That Largely Takes Over The Existing Range Of Functions And At The Same Time Meets Todays Requirements For Accessibility, Data Security, Mobile Use And User-Friendliness. Technical And Architectural Goals The New Solution Should Be Interoperable, Maintainable And Future-Proof. A Robust System Architecture, Standardized Interfaces And Support For Sustainable Hosting And Operating Concepts Are Expected. Migration Goals The Migration Of The Existing Database And Configurations Must Be As Uninterrupted As Possible. The Existing Data Sources And Integrations Should Be Adopted And, Where Necessary, Modernized Or Consolidated.
