Engineering Design Services For Mechanical And Electrical Installations For Buildings – Award Procedure For The Technical Building Equipment, System Groups 4, 5, And 6, Lph 1-9 According To §55 Hoai. The Client, The Joint Municipal Company Awa Water And Wastewater Services, Is Planning To Build A New Operations And Administration Building To Bundle Central Work Areas And Modernize Operational Processes. The Aim Of The Project Is To Create A Functional, Economical And Sustainable Building That Meets The Awas Operational Requirements In The Long Term. The Building Has Mixed Use And Includes Workshop And Garage Areas, Storage And Technical Rooms, Office And Meeting Rooms, A Meeting Room And Two Company Apartments. The Present Feasibility Study (Mbs) Serves As The Basis. The Primary Project Goals Are High Cost-Effectiveness, Adherence To Deadlines And A Robust, Natural Construction Method That Largely Uses Mineral Or Natural Building Materials. The Planning Has To Take Into Account The Possibility Of Later Densification And To Provide For A Later Conversion Of Certain Areas (E.G. Conversion Of The Company Apartments Into Offices). The Elt Planning Includes The System Groups 4, 5, 6 And 8 According To Hoai §55. The Task Is The Complete Planning Of The High And Low Current Systems, The It Infrastructure, The Server Room, The Lighting Systems As Well As The Security-Relevant Systems (Fire Alarm System, Security Lighting, Communication, Alarm And Access Technology).The Photovoltaic System On The Extensive Roof Areas Must Be Integrated And Designed In Coordination With The Supporting Structure And Hvac System. The Outdoor Lighting, Path Lighting And Electrical Access To The Outdoor Areas Are An Integral Part Of The Planning. There Are Special Requirements For The Awas It And Network Technology; Corresponding Interfaces Must Be Defined In Close Consultation With The User.
