Duration Of The Procurement Contract: The Performance Period (Period Of Work Execution) Is From The Entry Into Force Of The Procurement Contract Until 31.10.2028, And The Warranty Period (Warranty Period), Including The Period Of Maintenance During The Warranty Period, Is 730 Calendar Days. The Expected Start Date Of The Procurement Contract Stated In The General Data Of The Procurement Is The Last Date Of Validity Of The Tenders. When Determining The Expected End Date Of The Procurement Contract Stated In The General Procurement Data, The Following Has Been Taken Into Account: Completion Time Until 31.10.2028, A Guarantee Period Of 730 Calendar Days And 60 Calendar Days For The Submission Of The Last Invoice And Payment By The Customer.
