Tender For Annual maintenance of future 33 KV/11 KV/LT lines under Electricity Distribution Division - Deoria (for the year 2025-2026), addressing complaints from elected representatives, and carrying out necessary repair work.- 1 Loading, Unloading and safe carriage of following materials from Store Centre, Deoria to JE dump Store and JE dump store to work site with proper stacking:- 2 PCC Pole 8.5 meter long (Distance upto 20km) 3 PCC Pole 8.5 meter long (Distance above 20km) 4 ST Pole 11/9 meter long 5 ACSR Dog Conductor 6 ACSR Weasel Conductor 7 Aerial Bunch Cable 8 Disc insulator with fitting 9 Pin insulator with fitting 10 Stay with 5 Kg. wire with all fitting complete 11 Other Line & S/S materials 12 The excavation of foundation pit size 750mmx450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & errection of Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp, LT clamp, F-bracket, LT shackle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor.Grouting of Pole in cc ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand and 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor).In case of ST pole making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rain water gets accumulated on the top.All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification. 13 PCC Pole 8.5 meter long 14 ST Pole 9 meter long 15 Erection & grouting of stay in cc ratio 1:4:8 of cement, sand and 40 mm stone ballast including cost of grouting material with nozelling and binding of stay wire (Complete work) 16 Laying, stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of conductor for LT/ 11KV/ 33KV Line with providing and fixing of LT/ other clamps, LT shackle insulator, Nuts & Bolts off size by the contractor as per required. ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 17 Dismantling and again stringing, sagging, binding and jumpering of old existing conductor for LT/11KV/33KV Line after erection of pole, Providing and fixing of LT clamps/other clamps, Shackle insulator and nuts & bolts off size by the contractor as per site requirement. ACSR Dog/Weasel Conductor 18 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of 33 KV/ 11 KV Line complete in all respect (Material will be provided by Department). 19 11 KV Pin insulator with fitting 20 11 KV Disc insulator with fitting 21 33 KV Cable Jointing Kit 22 11 KV Cable Jointing Kit 23 Erection of 33 KV Straight Through (as per requirement of different size) 24 Erection of 11 KV Straight Through (as per requirement of different size) 25 Replacement of broken/damaged following material/fitting of 33 HT/LT Line complete in all respect which will be supplied by contractor. 26 LT Shackle Insulator 27 Aluminium Lug 120 mm 28 Aluminium Lug 240 mm 29 Aluminium Lug 400 mm 30 Copper Z clamp 50x225x10 mm 31 LT Copper stud for 100 KVA T/F 32 LT Copper stud for 250 KVA T/F 33 LT Copper stud for 400 KVA T/F 34 Dismantling of following Line materials and safe loading, unloading and carraige of dismantled from work site to departmental store. 35 ST Pole 11/9 meter long 36 ACSR Dog Conductor 37 ACSR Weasel Conductor 38 Aerial Bunch Cable 39 Other Line & S/S materials 40 Lopping & Chopping of tree branches and disposal of the same at suitable place for clearance of HT/LT line.
