Metsähallitus Tenders For Renovation Contracts For Abandoned And Reservation/Rental Houses In The Lapland Region In Accordance With This Call For Tenders And The Attached Material. The Procurement Is Divided Into Six (6) Sub-Areas As Follows: Sub-Area 1. Basic Repair Of Yliluostos Deserted Hut, Toilet And Litter Roof Repairs, And Toilet Modification Works. Sub-Area 2. Basic Repair Of Pyhälammis Day Shelter. Renovation Of The Toilet And Renewal Of The Roof. Liiters Felt Renovation. Section 3. Huttujärvi Renovation Of The Rental House. Correction Of The Log Frame Of The Sauna Building And Renewal Of The Roof And Renovation Of The Sauna. Construction Of An Absorption Field For Sauna Greywater. Toilet Ceiling Felt Renewals. Sub-Area 4. Renovation Of The Abandoned And Storage Building In Luirojärvi. Sub-Area 5. Renovation Of The Abandoned Building In Peskihaara And Modification Of The Toilet Building. Sub-Area 6. Renovation Of The Abandoned Building In Pisteri. For Each Sub-Area, The Bidder Who Has Submitted The Cheapest Bid And Meets The Eligibility Requirements Is Selected. You Can Submit An Offer For One Or More Areas. At Its Discretion, The Procurement Unit May, For Example, For Scheduling Or Financial Reasons, Not Carry Out Sub-Areas Or Individual Repair And Modification Works In A Sub-Area. It Is A Total Contract And The Contract Complies With The General Contract Terms Of The Construction Contract Yse 1998 (Rt 16–10660). The Selected Contractor Acts As The Main Contractor And The Main Implementer As Defined By The Legislation. The Contractor Is Subject To The Obligations Referred To In § 1 - § 4 Of The Yse If Nothing Else Is Mentioned In The Request For Tender Or In The Material Attached To It. The Building Materials Are Delivered By The Customer To The Places Marked In The Map Appendices Of The Contract Description (Appendix 1), From Where The Selected Contractor Transports Them To The Site With His Own Equipment (Sled + Sled). Regarding The Renovation Of The Abandoned And Prepared Building Of Sub-Area 4 Luirojärvi, The Customer Transports Construction Materials To The Site. The Contractor Must Have His Own Tools, Equipment, Machines And Equipment Related To Construction And The Transportation Of Materials. There Is No Electricity At The Work Sites, So The Contractor Is Preparing To Act Accordingly. The Contractor Acquires The Necessary Construction Accessories, Angle Irons, Beam Shoes, Etc., As Well As Scaffolding At His Own Expense For The Execution Of The Work.
