The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Current Status Report, Which Examines The Certification, Approval And Qualification Systems And The Conditions For Obtaining A Certificate In Accordance With The Requirements Of Both Article 26 Of The Epbd Directive And Article 18 And Annex Iv Of The Rediii Directive, And Assesses Whether Finlands Current Education And Training Systems And Degrees Meet The Needs Required By The Directives. The Current Status Report Also Includes An Assessment/Proposal Of The Certification System/Systems Applicable To Finland And The Implementation Of The Aforementioned Directives. The Current Status Report Also Describes The Bottlenecks Of The Current Certification System For Renewable Energy Installers. The Current Status Report Will Include: 1. Describe The Numbers Of Experts And Professionals (Installers And Designers) Mentioned In The Epbd And Rediii Directives (All Professionals, Not Only Certificate Holders)2. Find Out And Describe By What Means The Construction Industry Professional, Installer And Designer Mentioned In The Above Directives Can Qualify For The Professions Listed In The Directives (E.G. Rediii Installer And Designer). The Goal Is E.G. Find Out What Is Needed For Basic Training And What Skills Can Be Supplemented With Lighter Courses (E.G. Supplementary And Additional Training Courses)3. Describe The Bodies And Educational Contents That Offer The Education Referred To In The Above Directives (Basics Of Vocational School And University Degrees As Well As Applicable Parts Of Degrees/Educations, Which Engineering Fields Are Appropriate, ) And Find Out E.G. The Number Of Students And Graduates Of The Previous 5 Years4. Provides Information About The Training Offered By Importers Of The Aforementioned Renewable Energy Systems And Storages, Etc. And Describes The Possibilities Of Importers And Equipment Manufacturers To Offer The Required Training. 5. Gives An Assessment Of Skill Gaps, Individualized By Professional Field6. Gives A Proposal For The Implementation Of Certification/Qualification Systems According To The Directives (Development Of The Current Model Or A Completely New Model)7. Present An Assessment Of How A New Bachelors Degree Holder Could Obtain A Certificate (Without Taking A Separate Certification Course) And An Assessment/Proposal Of How To Work With Educational Institutions That Produce Professional Degrees That Have Not, However, Applied For A Trainer Qualification From The Energy Agency (E.G. Building Technology And The Electrical And Automation Sector). The Assessment Should Also Look At The New Qualification Areas Covered By Rediii. 8. Find Out What Kind Of Plans Renewable Energy Educators Have Regarding The Future Education Offer9. Make An International Comparison Showing How The Implementation Of The Aforementioned Directives Has Been Carried Out In Other Countries. A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Can Be Found In Appendix 1 Description Of The Procurement. The Anticipated Value Of The Acquisition Is A Maximum Of 58,000 Euros (Vat 0%).
