It May Be Carried Out By Means Of Purchase Orders On The Basis Of The Prices Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule But Also By Means Of Subsequent Contracts Which May Be: Either At A Global And Fixed Price; Either At Unit Prices; Or At Mixed Prices. The Minimum And Maximum Cumulative Amounts Of Orders And Subsequent Contracts That Can Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Defined As Follows: Minimum Amount: 5,000 Euros Excluding Vat For 12 Months; Maximum Amount: 70,000 Euros Excluding Vat For 12 Months. It Is Concluded For A Period Of 12 Months, Renewable 3 Times By Tacit Agreement For A Further Period Of 12 Months Without Its Duration Being Able To Exceed 48 Months.
