Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Offer Of Total Consultancy For The Conversion And Expansion Of The Permanent Special School Department For Langagerskolen In Kolt. The Tendered Contract Includes Total Consultancy In Connection With The Conversion And Expansion Of A Permanent Special School Department For Langagerskolen In Kolt At Kolt Skole, Which Will House The Oldest Pupils. The Project Aims To Create The Framework For A Permanent Satellite Department For The Already Existing Special School Langagerskolen. The Project Includes The Construction Of A New Student Building As Well As The Remodeling And Modernization Of The Existing Buildings. Kolt Skole Was Originally Established For The General Area, And The School Therefore Requires Major Remodeling In Order To Meet The Needs Of The Target Group As Well As The Current Requirements For, Among Other Things, Indoor Climate, Fire Etc. It Is Expected That The Built-Up Area Will Amount To Approx. 1,850 M2 Distributed Over One Or More Building Volumes. In Order To Provide The Opportunity For Rotation Across The Redevelopment, Which Supports The Temporary Teaching That Already Takes Place At Kolt Skole, The Project Is Assumed To Be Carried Out In Three Stages (Phases). The First Stage (Phase) Includes The Construction Of The New Building Volume(S). In Addition, The Conversion Of The Existing Building Volumes Is Divided Into Two Stages (Phases). The Total Consultants Services Appear In The Project-Specific Service Description And Cover A Wide Spectrum Of Consultancy Services In Connection With The Conversion And Expansion Of The Permanent Special School Department For Langagerskolen In Kolt. However, The Tasks On The Contract Will Primarily Relate To The Following Services: • Construction Program Based On The Task Description And The Project Description • Project Management • User Involvement • Disposition And Project Proposal • Authority Project • Tender Project For The Main Contractor • Construction Management • Professional Supervision • Project Follow-Up • Deficiency Management • 1-Year Review • Ict Management • Sustainability Management • Working Environment Coordination • Risk Management • Financial Management • Environmental And Resource Coordination The Consultancy Must Be Provided In Accordance With Fri And Danske Arkitektvirsomkeders Performance Description For Construction And Landscape, 2018, As Specified In The Project-Specific Performance Description And Otherwise On The Terms Specified In The Consultancy Agreement. The Total Consultants Services Will Be Carried Out In Main Phases, Cf. The Total Consultancy Contract, Which Is Initiated By The Clients Separate Written Order.
