The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery To The Contracting Partys Catering Points Located In The City Of Kołobrzeg (In The Spa And Seaside Zone): Fresh Bakery Products, Cakes And Confectionery Products, Specified In The Assortment And Quantity System In Annex No. 1 To This Specification.2. The Delivered Products Should Be Of High Quality, Suitable For Direct Consumption.3. The Required Deadline For Order Processing Is A Maximum Of 6 Hours From The Time Of Notification. Delivery Frequency Is Assumed To Be Twice A Day, Seven Days A Week.4. Each Delivered Batch Of Products Will Be Traceable. In Terms Of Traceability, The Ordering Party Will Require A Product Certificate To Be Attached To Each Delivery, According To The Production Batch. The Delivered Products Should Have Markings Appropriate To The Product, Referred To In The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2132), At Least Include: - Product Name, - Manufacturers Name, - Weight, - Expiration Date Or Storage Period, - Storage Conditions, - Identification Of The Product Batch.4. Goods Of Poor Quality Or Inconsistent With The Order Will Not Be Accepted, And The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Immediately Replace The Questioned Items (Complaint Process). 5. The Given Quantity Of Ordered Bread Is Not The Final Quantity And May Vary Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, The Total Value Of The Changes Is Less Than The Amounts Specified In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Art. 11 Section 8 And Is Less Than 10% Of The Order Value Originally Specified In The Contract (Swz), If Such A Need Arises On The Part Of The Ordering Party, While Maintaining The Unit Prices Given By The Contractor In The Offer. The Ordering Party Made An Estimate Based On The Reported Number Of Guests In 2026. The Demand For Bread Supplies May Change If The Number Of Hotel Guests Changes, Including Commercial And Spa Guests With A Referral From The National Health Fund. The Contractors Remuneration Will Depend On The Number Of Deliveries Actually Made. Changes Will Be Made In The Form Of A Written Annex.6. It Is Possible To Include In The Offer Products Equivalent To The Products Specified In Annex 1, Provided That They Meet The Same Requirements.7. The Ordered Items Should Be Delivered In Packaging (Boxes, Baskets, Containers, Etc.). The Packaging Should Be Adapted To The Properties Of The Given Product And Appropriate From The Point Of View Of Hygiene And Health Safety Of Food.8. Delivery Includes Transport Services And Unloading At The Customers Place.
