Construction Of A Building For The Volunteer Fire Department In Ławki. The Planned Completion Date For The Task In Question Was Set For August 31, 2026. Therefore, The Employer Indicates That The Works Covered By This Order Will Be Carried Out In Parallel With The Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Volunteer Fire Department Guard Tower. The Contractor Is Obliged To Plan, Organize And Carry Out Construction Works In Such A Way That They Are Coordinated With The Works Carried Out Within The Above-Mentioned Framework. Investment, In Particular In Terms Of The Work Schedule, Access To The Construction Site, Organization Of Construction Facilities, Communication Routes, Material Supplies And Occupational Health And Safety. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party And Other Contractors Carrying Out Works On The Plot In Question, As Well As To Take Actions Aimed At Avoiding Technical, Organizational And Time Conflicts Between The Works Carried Out. Any Difficulties Resulting From The Parallel Execution Of Works Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims For An Extension Of The Completion Date Or An Increase In Remuneration.
