1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Involving The Construction Of A Fire Station In The Village Of Żołędnica - Stage 4 - Finishing Works For The Station Building. The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Assumptions And Guidelines Included In The Design Documentation, As Part Of The Task Specified In The Budget Resolution Entitled: Construction Of A Fire Station In The Village Of Żołędnica. 2. The Scope Of Work During The Execution Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular: 1) Construction Works: A) Flat Roof: Board Cladding, Thermal And Sound Insulation, Mineral Wool Insulation, B) Internal Plastering Works, C) Internal Floors, D) Delivery And Installation Of External And Internal Window Sills, E) Painting Walls And Wall And Floor Coverings With Ceramic Tiles, F) Facade And External Insulation Of The Building: Thick Polystyrene. 16 Cm, Painting With Silicone Paint, G) Installation Of Door Joinery2) Sanitary Works: A) Sewage And Water Supply Installation, B) Ceramics And Fittings: White Installation - Toilet, Handrails, Shower Tray, Washbasins, Faucets, C) Heating Installation: Convector Heaters, D) Ventilation Installation3) Land Development: A) Earthworks, B) Paving Works: Benches, Edges, Pavers,C) Band Around The Building4) Other Works Accompanying The Proper Execution Of The Order, Including: A) Removal Of Rubble From The Construction Site, Disposal Fee, Cleaning Of The Area, B) Cleaning Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, Constituting A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Was Determined By: 1) Design Documentation 2) Bill Of Quantities With A Zero Cost Estimate (Note: Lump-Sum Settlement Of The Investment). The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Is Specified In The Attached Bill Of Quantities Together With A Zero Cost Estimate. The Bill Of Quantities / Zero Cost Estimate Is Indicative - It Is Only An Auxiliary Document For Determining The Offer Price. The Contractor Will Assess The Final Scope Himself Based On The Recommended Site Visit).3) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting An Integral Part Of These Terms Of Reference.
