1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building With A Septic Tank For Liquid Waste, Plot No. 291/2 In Pakówka.2. As Part Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order And The Proposed Offer Price, The Contractor Undertakes In Particular To: 1) Carry Out The Work In Accordance With The Design Documentation Submitted By The Ordering Party, The Provisions Of The Swz, The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practices And Applicable Law, 2) Submit Material Applications To The Ordering Partys Representative For Individual Devices/Materials Constituting The Subject Of The Order, 3) Prepare, Develop And Secure The Construction Site, 4) Provide Surveying Services, Execution Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory 5) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, 6) Preparing A Schedule For Individual Works For The First Construction Meeting, 7) Preparation Of A Safety And Health Protection Plan By The Construction Manager, 8) Using Only Materials That Meet The Design And Technical Requirements During The Works, After Obtaining The Prior Approval Of The Employer For The Proposed Materials, 9) Repairs At Their Own Expense Or Payment Of Compensation For Damage Resulting From The Implementation Of The Investment, For Which The Contractor Is Responsible, 10) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation And Submitting It To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Acceptance (In Paper And Electronic Form), 11) Incurring All Costs Related To The Removal Of Rubble, Scrap And Excess Soil, 12) Reconstruction And Restoration To Their Original Condition Of The Areas Where Construction Works Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out, 13) Construction Of An Information Board With Dimensions 1800 Mm X 1200 Mm On Two Posts Along With Its Assembly - Print On The Board In Agreement With The Ordering Party, 14) The Contractor Will Submit An Application To Obtain A Final Occupancy Permit For The Ordering Party Based On The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Should Obtain A Final Occupancy Permit For The Ordering Party. The Above Scope Should Be Included In The Offer Price.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, I.E.: Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.
