4.1 The Subject Of The Investment Is The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Cinema Building In Chodel, On Plots No.: 801/1, 801/2 (District: 0006 - Chodel) At Ul. Partyzatów 22 In Chodel, Chodel Commune. The Project Involves Changing The Functional Layout And Providing Rooms Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Building: Toilets, Utility And Social Rooms, And A Cloakroom For Outerwear. Along With The Renovation, The Building Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of People With Special Needs By Introducing A Ramp, Providing Access To The Entire Building And Providing A Barrier-Free Toilet. The Project Assumes The Addition Of Mechanical Ventilation With An Air Intake And Exhaust Located On The Roof In The Places Of Existing Chimneys. The Subject Of The Construction Project Also Includes The Reconstruction Of External Stairs With A Ramp. Due To The State Of Preservation Of The Facility Described Below, A Comprehensive Renovation Is Assumed Using Modern Materials And Technologies In Order To Recreate The Damaged Elements In A Manner Most Consistent With The Historical Assumptions And To Protect The Facilities Against The Degrading Effects Of External Factors.4.3 The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Technical Documentation), Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Authorizations.
