1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Hospital Beds With Electric Adjustment And Equipment In The Amount Of 16 Pcs. To The 115Th Military Hospital With A Spzoz Outpatient Clinic In Hel.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order As Well As The Required Parameters And Boundary Conditions Are Described In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Technical And Operational Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor Must: • Be Approved For Trading And Use On The Polish Market, In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620), • Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz, Including The Conditions Set Out In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Boundary Conditions Specified In Annex 2 Of The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer, • Be Brand New (Year Of Production Not Earlier Than 2025), Unused, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Free From Any Liabilities To Third Parties. • Have The Necessary Instructions And Technical Documentation In Polish.
