The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of Summer Camps For Children From The Bolesławiec Commune In 2026 In A Town On The Baltic Sea In The Province. West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Including The Subject Of The Order: 1. Location Of The Summer Camp In A Town On The Baltic Sea In The Area From Świnoujście To Darłowo, Excluding Pogorzelica.2. The Difference In The Number Of Children During Stays Should Not Be Greater Than 2 People. 3. Accommodation Of Summer Camp Participants, I.E. 150 Children And 15 Teaching Staff In Three Consecutive 10-Day Stays (9 Nights), In A Brick Building - Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law - Located In A Tidy, Developed Area And Free Of Any Objects And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Safety, Including: A) Accommodation Of Camp Participants And Staff In One Building On A Maximum Of Two Adjacent Floors, Excluding Storey -1 (Minus One). B) Accommodation For Children, In Rooms For At Least 2 And A Maximum Of 5 People With Full Sanitary Facilities (Shower, Toilet) In Each Room With Cold And Hot Water 24 Hours A Day, Without Restrictions. Each Room Should Have A Wardrobe With A Number Of Shelves Corresponding To The Number Of Children (At Least 1 Per Child). In Addition, The Room Should Have Bedside Tables Next To Each Bed Or A Table With Chairs Corresponding To The Number Of Children In The Room. The Ordering Party Excludes The Use Of Bunk Beds. C) Educators Should Be Accommodated In At Least 2 Rooms, And The Manager In A Separate Third Room, The Staff Must Be Accommodated On The Same Floors As The Children. D) The Center Is Located At A Distance Of No More Than 1000 M From The Guarded Sea Swimming Area Intended For The Ordering Partys Colony (Distance Understood As The Length Of The Route To The Bathing Area).
