1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Office Supplies For The Zduńska Wola City Hall.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Product And Quantitative Scope Of The Order, As Well As Technical And Quality Requirements, Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Quantitative And Qualitative Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party. The Offer Should Be Submitted For All Elements Listed In The List Of Articles - Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form. Omission Of Any Of The Items Listed In The Attachment Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer.4. By Factory New Product The Ordering Party Understands A Product Made Of New Elements, Without Traces Of Damage, Free From Technical Defects, Complete, In Intact Factory Packaging, With A Visible Expiry Date.5. The Delivery Of Office Supplies Will Take Place Successively, As Needed By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Specified Quantity And Characteristics Of The Ordered Assortment. Each Time Office Supplies Are Delivered To The Ordering Partys Office, They Should Be Packed In A Way That Protects Them Against Damage And Getting Wet.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Office Supplies To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Within The Declared Period (In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form) No Longer Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order In Any Form: In Writing, By Fax Or E-Mail To The Address, Fax Number, E-Mail Indicated By The Contractor. All Transport Costs, Insurance Costs And Packaging Of Materials For The Duration Of Transport To The Place Of Delivery Are Borne By The Contractor.7. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Delivered Articles Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is 12 Months From The Date Of Their Delivery To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, While The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Warranty Period For The Following Items: Binding Machine, Laminators And Shredders Indicated In The Offer Form In Accordance With The Number Of Months Declared (In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Offer Form).8. If, During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Finds That The Quality Of The Delivered Articles Differs Unfavorably From The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Should, At The Ordering Partys Request, Replace The Item To Which The Request Relates, Without Changing The Price, With One That Meets The Required Parameters, Within 3 Business Days Of The Ordering Party (I.E. Monday - Friday From 08:00 To 14:30) Counting From The Moment The Defect Is Reported By The Ordering Party.9. Delivery Should Be Made Each Time On The Ordering Partys Business Days, I.E. Monday - Friday From 08:00 To 14:30. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Inspect The Delivered Goods In The Presence Of The Person Carrying Out The Delivery On Behalf Of The Contractor (E.G.
