I. Physical Protection Of The Facilities (Supervision) And Property Of The Włocławek City Hall. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Physical Protection Of The Facilities (Supervision) And Property Of The Włocławek City Hall Through Direct Physical Protection, Provided In Accordance With Applicable Law, Of Two Buildings Of The Włocławek City Hall Located In Włocławek At: 1) Zielony Rynek 11/13 - One-Man Guard; 2) Ul. Kościuszki 12 - Single-Person Post. Note: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of The Posts, As Well As The Number Of People At A Given Post, Provided That The Total Number Of People At All Posts Is Maintained (Two People) And Without Changing The Remuneration Due To The Contractor. The Service Will Be Performed On The Days And Hours Indicated Below: − Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays - At 15:30-7:30; − Tuesdays – At 17:00-7:30; − Fridays – From 14:00-7:30; − Saturdays, Sundays And Other Non-Working Days (Holidays) 24 Hours A Day, From 7:30-7:30 The Next Day. The Contractors Employees Are Obliged To Appear At The Employers Facilities At Least 15 Minutes Before The Start Of The Service. It Is Allowed To Change The Start And End Time Of Protection In The Event Of A Change In The Work Organization Of The Office, While Maintaining The Working Time Referred To Above. Ii. Monitoring Of The Local Alarm System Installed In Buildings Located At Ul. Ptasia 2A And Ul. Okrzei 65.1. Monitoring Signals From The Local Alarm System (Lsa), In Particular By: 1) Receiving And Registering Signals From The Lsa, I.E. From The Alarm Installation And The Fire Alarm Installation (The Fire Alarm Installation Applies Only To The Location At Ul. Ptasia 2A) 24 Hours A Day, By Radio Or Via A Gsm/Gprs Link; 2) Telephone Notification Of Persons Designated By The Ordering Party, Services, Service And, In Justified Situations - The Fire Brigade, Police, Confirmed By The Intervention Of The Group Intervention Group;3) Control Of Lsa Switching On And Off - Notification Of The Lack Of Lsa Switching On Will Take Place After 15 Minutes From The Lsa Switching On Hours Specified By The Ordering Party;4) Ensuring The Readiness Of The Intervention Group For Protective Activities And Directing Them To The Scene Of The Incident With The Tasks Of: A) Interrupting Criminal Activity, B) Taking Action, If Possible, To Apprehend The Perpetrators, C) Physically Protecting The Facility, Without Entering Its Premises Until The Arrival Of The Owner/User Or A Person Authorized Person And The Police. Active Protective Measures Should Be Taken Immediately After Receiving An Alarm Signal From The Lsa. The Travel Time From The Moment Of Calling To The Ordering Partys Facility Cannot Exceed 15 Minutes. The Intervention Group Consists Of At Least Two Security Employees Who, After Obtaining Information About The Threat To Protected Persons Or Property Of The Ordering Party, Go To The Premises In Order To Carry Out Tasks Of Protecting Person
