The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design And Tender Documentation For The Modernization Of The Public Space Around The Pond In The Warsaw Insurgents Cemetery, Together With The Authors Supervision As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task Titled Warsaw For Nature - Blue Infrastructure And Biodiversity In Parks - Preparatory Work.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Tender Documentation Including: 1) Land Development Concept In Two Variants With Visualizations, 2) Construction Design With Bioz Information, 3) Detailed Design, 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, 5) Bill Of Quantities, 6) Investors Cost Estimate, 7) Care And Maintenance Report, 8) Obtaining All Legally Required Decisions, Opinions, Arrangements And Inspections Design Solutions And Documents To The Extent Resulting From Legal Provisions Or Requirements Of Authorized Entities Agreeing On Projects, Including, Among Others: Obtaining A Conservation Decision, A Final Decision On A Building Permit, And Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Works Included In The Documentation. Design Work Includes Making An Inventory Of Flora And Fauna, As Well As Obtaining And Developing All Tests, Measurements, And Obtaining Starting Materials Necessary For The Proper Development Of The Documentation, As Well As Carrying Out All Other Works And Activities Necessary To Obtain The Necessary Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Commencement Of Construction Works, As Well As Works And Activities Enabling The Construction Of The Building On The Basis Of The Design Documentation.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Together With The Annexes.
