The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Purchase, Delivery, Planning And Rolling Of Basalt Stone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 And 31.5-63, Dolomite Of A Fraction 0-12.5. - Profiling With A Motor Grader And Compaction With A Vibratory Roller Without The Use Of Aggregate (16,000 M2).3. Estimated Amount Of Material Intended For The Order - 3,150 Tons (Including 2,500 Tons Of Fraction 0-31.5, 200 Tons Of Fraction 31.5-63, 450 Tons Of Dolomite Fraction 0-12.5). Estimated Number Of M2 Of Roller Work – 16,000.4. The Delivered Material Must Meet All Applicable Standards In Accordance With The Regulations. Deliveries Listed In Point 1 Should Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards Relating To The Subject Of The Contract.5. Krystian Karaś, Road Inspector Of The Municipal Office In Olesno, Is Authorized To Issue Binding Instructions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract.6. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor, With The Participation Of The Ordering Party, Will Inspect The Roads Covered By The Order In Order To Select Sections To Fill In The Gaps.7. After Completing The Inspection, The Contractor Will Prepare A Work Schedule.8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Undertake The Works Covered By The Order In Accordance With The Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party.9. The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Weigh The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Each Time In A Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Within The Olesno Commune And To Present A Document Confirming The Weighing Of The Delivery At The Ordering Partys Registered Office.
