The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Hospital Pharmacy Of The Health Care Complex In Lidzbark Warmiński Of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices And Disinfectants, The Detailed Description, Assortment And Estimated Quantities Of Which Are Included In The Assortment And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes Within A Given Part Of The Order Up To The Limit Of The Value Of The Signed Contract For A Given Part.3. Deliveries And Unloading Will Be Carried Out Successively, After Prior Notification Of Needs By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party.4. Deliveries Of Medicinal Products Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - Transport That Allows Monitoring The Transport Temperature And Providing Each Pharmacy Employee With A Printout Confirming Each Transport Conditions.5. In The Case Of Medicinal Products, The Correct Ean Code Must Be Provided In The Offer Form, Which Will Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Medicinal Product. The Table Of The Price Form Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Title Of Each Column - It Is Consistent With The Content Of Point 166. The Ordering Party Requires The Following Delivery Deadlines From The Moment Of Placing The Order: 1) In The Case Of Medicinal Products, Delivery Within A Maximum Of 1 Day By 2:00 P.M., 2) Foodstuffs For Particular Nutritional Uses, Dietary Supplements, Medical Devices - Delivery Within A Maximum Of 2 Business Days Until 2:00 P.M.,3) In The Case Of Disinfectants - Delivery Within A Maximum Of 2 Business Days Until 2:00 P.M., 4) In The Case Of Medical Gases - Delivery Within A Maximum Of 2 Business Days Until 2:00 P.M.7. Orders Will Be Placed From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M., Except For Orders For Medical Gases, Which Will Be Placed From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On August. In The Case Of Large-Size Deliveries (E.G. Infusion Fluids, Dressings), The Contractor Undertakes To Unload Them And Deliver Them To The Pharmacy Warehouse. 9. In The Case Of Deliveries Of Medical Gases, With The Exception Of Nitrous Oxide (Delivery To A Hospital Pharmacy), The Contractor Is Obliged To Unload And Deliver Medical Gases To The Oxygen Cylinders Warehouse And Collect And Load Empty Cylinders From The Oxygen Cylinders Warehouse10. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Provide, During The Term Of The Contract, Substitutes For The Product Range Specified In The Contractors Price Form, With Unchanged Parameters And At The Same Price, After Each Telephone Consultation With The Pharmacy Manager And After Obtaining His Consent.11. Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications, It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.12. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Assortment At His Own Expense To The Registered Of
