Over The Past Period, A Central Data Platform Was Set Up Based On Microsoft Fabric And An Associated Power Bi Environment. This Was Done On A Limited Budget With The Focus On Setting Up The Basic Architecture And Some Initial Reports. We Are Now Looking For A Contractor Who Converts Our Use Cases Into Useful Insights That Are Plugged Into The Data Platform Of Zorgband Leie En Schelde. We Expect The Contractor To Continue To Build On The Data Roadmap That Has Already Been Set Up With Various Use Cases (Operational, Financial, Healthcare Content, Hr...). This Roadmap Is The Starting Point, But Needs To Be Further Developed. That Is Why We Are Looking For A Contractor Who Thinks With Us About Relevant Kpis, Logical Data Links And Clear Power Bi Reports. The Use Cases Are Then Developed And Finally The End User Is Trained In The Use Of The Reports. In This Assignment, We Are Not Only Looking For A Technical Party, But A Partner That Takes Analysis, Content And Adoption Equally Seriously, So That We Avoid The Platform Remaining Unused After Startup. We Expect Our Teams To Be Taken Step By Step: From Basic Reporting From A Single Source, To Integrated Insights, To Predictive Analytics. During The Process It Must Always Be Ensured That The Developed Platform Is Tailored To The Needs Of The Organization. Main Goal: Deepen Data-Driven Operations With A Contractor Who Provides Substantive Input And Hands-On Support To Further Expand The Existing Environment. Sub-Goals 1. Strengthen Use Cases - Translate Business Needs Into Concrete Kpis, Report Structure And Allocation Of Priorities. - Building Dashboards In Power Bi, Tailored To The Daily Practice Of Employees. 2. Implementation Of Use Cases In The Data Platform - Connecting Data From Different Source Systems. - Detecting Errors Or Gaps In Data Flows And Solving Them Together. - Gradually Realize The Defined Use Cases On The Existing Ms Fabric Data Platform And In Power Bi - Consolidate And Professionalize The Existing Environment (Architecture, Data Quality, Governance, Security) - Design And Refine The Data Architecture And Data Modeling In Microsoft Fabric Using Dbt Cloud And Ci/Cd - Development And Maintenance Of Data Pipelines And Integrations With Relevant Source Systems - Design And Build Power Bi Datasets And Reports/Dashboards For The Selected Use Cases - Setting Up Pragmatic Data And Power Bi Governance (Roles, Processes, Workspace Structure, Publication Process, Documentation) - Exploration And Possible Use Of Ai And Advanced Analytics Functionalities Within Fabric And Power Bi Where Added Value Exists 3.
