Construction Work For Pipelines, Communication And Power Lines - Engineering - Design And Construction For Completion Of Plumbing Infrastructure In The Town Of Novi Iskar, Novi Iskar District, Metropolitan Municipality. Engineering - Design And Construction For The Completion Of The Water Supply Infrastructure Of The Town Of Novi Iskar, Novi Iskar District, Sofia Municipality, Included In The Investment Intention Of The So For Financing From The 2021-2027 Pos. The Construction Of The Sewage Network Is The Effective Measure For The Improvement And Development Of The Infrastructure For Wastewater From The Territory. In Accordance With The Updated Concept Project, The Investment Intention Has Been Prepared, Which Includes: The Completion Of The Sewerage Network To Cover A Larger Percentage Of Users; Removal Of Wastewater From The Territory For Treatment; Elimination Of Direct Discharges Into Water Intakes Passing Through The Considered Territory; Improvement Of The Citys Water Supply, Through The Completion And Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network. With The Implementation Of The Above Measures, It Will Contribute To: Achieving Compliance With Directive 91/271/Eec For Urban Waste Water Treatment; Environmental Protection; Reduction Of Water Losses; Regulation Of Water Quantities; Increasing The Efficiency Of The Water Supply Network; Increasing The Quality Of Water Supply Services; Minimization Of The Need For Frequent Repairs And Interruptions Of Water Supply And Improvement Of The Sanitary, Hygienic And Ecological Conditions Of The Residents Of The Town Of Novi Iskar. The Subject Of This Order Includes: 1. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design (Tp) Phase In Accordance With Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; 2. Coordination Of The Project With All Control Bodies, Operating Companies And Institutions According To The Requirements Of The Normative Base; 3. Carrying Out Authors Supervision On The Ppe, Technical Solutions, Refinements And Changes To The Project, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation. 4. Construction Of: • Storm Sewer, Incl. Inspection Shafts And Resurfacing; • Domestic Sewerage, Incl. Inspection Shafts And Resurfacing; • Mixed Sewerage, Incl. Inspection Shafts And Resurfacing; • Reconstruction And Completion Of Water Pipes; • Road Works - Road - Restoration Of Road Surface Outside Trench Excavation For Sewage Networks And Facilities (Asphalt Concrete Surface).
