The Tender Relates To The Purchase Of Well Material. Reference Is Made To The Requirements Specification For A Description Of What Is Offered, Including Requirements For Products. It Is Clarified That The Agreement Includes An Independence Clause. Thus, One Overall Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into With All Contracting Parties, Where Each Individual, Named Contracting Party Enters Into And Implements Its Own, Independent Contractual Relationships, Including Orders And Concrete Orders, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Framework Agreement.
