Household-Refuse Disposal Services – Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From The Niegowa Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection, Transport And Management Of Municipal Waste From Properties Located In The Niegowa Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok). The Task Includes Servicing Single-Family Properties, Multi-Family Properties, Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes, The Building Of The Niegowa Commune Office, And A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In The Niegowa Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, And The Contract Template - Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Services Provided By The Parties, Which Will Be Entrusted To The Contractor Under The Concluded Contract, Will Be No Less Than 80% Of The Estimated Amount Of Waste Expected To Be Collected And Transported, Where The Planned Amount Of This Waste Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract Is Estimated: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - 1040 Mg 2) Separately Collected Waste (Plastics, Metal, Multi-Material Waste, Glass, Paper) – 610 Mg 3) Bio-Waste – 184 Mg 4) Ash – 762 Mg 5) Large Items – 350 Mg 6) Tires 30 Mg 7) Renovation Waste – 30 Mg 8) Used Electronics And Household Appliances – 6 Mg 9) Clothing And Textiles – 10 Mg 10) Other Collected In Pszok - 4 Mg The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Waste In A Way That Ensures The Commune Fulfills The Obligations Imposed By The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended) To The Extent Specified In Annex No. 2 To Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
