The Current Public Procurement Is Awarded Within The Framework Of The Project Installation Of A Photovoltaic System In An Existing Building Of The Center For Public Support - Venets And The Purchase Of An Electric Vehicle, Including A Connected Charging Station For The Provision Of Social Services In The Municipality Of Venets, Financed By The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism Under The Repowereu Chapter, Investment Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems In Existing Buildings For Social Services And The Provision Of Electric Vehicles And Connected Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services, Direct Provision Procedure Of Specific Final Recipients Bg-Rrp-13.009 Installation Of Photovoltaic Systems (Pv) In Existing Social Services, State Delegated Activity And Purchase Of Electric Vehicles, Including Associated Charging Stations For The Provision Of Social Services. The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Installation Of A 30 Kw Photovoltaic System In An Existing Building Of The Center For Public Support - Venets. In Order To Realize The Clients Investment Intention, It Is Planned To Carry Out The Smr According To The Following Parts Of The Project Decision: 1. Part: Electro; 2. Part Architecture; 3. Part: Constructions, As Well As Activities That Are Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And Represent A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To It, As Follows: Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Commencement, Implementation And Completion Of Construction, Including Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Design Decision Under Art. 147, Para. 2 Of The Land Use Plan, According To The Law On Territorial Planning (Law) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, All Other Applicable Legal Documents And The Contract For The Execution Of The Public Procurement; Warranty Liability For The Period Of The Warranty Period Proposed By The Contractor For The Completed Construction And Installation Works And Facilities At The Construction Site. Important: According To Art. 147, Para. 1, Item 14 Of The Zut, For The Installation Of Installations For The Production Of Electrical Energy From Renewable Sources With A Total Installed Capacity Of Up To 1 Mw To Existing Buildings And Structures, Including In Their Adjacent Land Properties (Or According To Article 147, Paragraph 1, Item 14A Of The Zut), Approval Of An Investment Project Is Not Required, But A Construction Permit Is Issued. According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 6 Of Zut Fec, Designed According To Art. 147 Of The Zut Are The Sixth Category Of Construction And Are Not Subject To Commissioning. According To Art. 2, Para. 4 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003, Acts And Protocols Are Not Drawn Up For Constructions Of The Sixth Category. The Full Scope And Comprehensive Listing Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Set Out In The Technical Specification And Approved Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Procurement Documents. The Bills Of Quantities Are Accompanied By A Design Decision Under Article 147, Paragraph 2 Of The Civil Code, Which Gives A Clear Idea Of The Planned Construction And Installation Works. A Building Permit Has Been Issued For The Site By The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Venets.
