The Task Of The Winning Bidder (Seller) Is To Deliver And Put Into Operation 1 New (Unused, Factory-Refurbished) Ultrasound Device. After Delivery, A 2-Day Technical Trial Run And A 2-Day Medical Trial Run Will Take Place. The Winning Tenderer Must Provide 1 8-Hour Face-To-Face Training For 3 People Designated By The Tenderer. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is To Deliver, Install, And Commission The Offered Product (Within This Context, Providing The Tools Necessary For Commissioning) And All Accessories Necessary For Proper Use, As Well As Providing The Necessary Product Description And/Or Brochure And/Or User Manual In Hungarian. Commissioning Includes The Delivery, Installation, Installation Of The Device And Its Accessories, Commissioning In A Manner Suitable For Intended Use, Provision Of The Necessary Materials And Tools; Recording Of The Commissioning/Testing Protocols; Obtaining Official Licenses (If Necessary); Training Of The Operating Staff (3 People); Recording Of The Measurement Report Certifying Compliance. During The Warranty Period, It Is The Responsibility Of The Bidder To Comply With Regulation 4/2009 On Medical Devices. (Iii. 17.) Eüm.
