The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person To Execute A Training Program In Leadership And Management Skills (Hereinafter, The Program). This Program Includes Four Workshops Designed To Provide Elements That Facilitate The Understanding And Internalization Of Conscious Leadership And Essential Management Skills In The Context Of Modern Organizations. The Workshops Will Include Practical Work Tools And Team Building Activities, With The Aim Of Identifying, Developing And Strengthening The Skills That This Type Of Leadership Requires, In Addition To Managing Psychosocial Risks In The Management Teams Of The Municipality Of Vitacura.
