Prequalifications are invited for Provision of Clearing and Fowarding Services (e.g., Clearing of Customs, Sea Transport, Air Transport, Movers for Personal Items, Custom Clearing) 2. Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements Interested and eligible bidders must demonstrate their capacity to perform the contract by submitting a Technical Proposal containing the following mandatory documentation. Note: Failure to provide any of the documents listed below shall lead to immediate administrative non-compliance and subsequent disqualification. a) Legal & Regulatory Compliance Valid Business License: A certified copy of a current trade license relevant to the category of goods, services, or works being bid for. Tax Clearance Certificate: A valid certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance Development (Somaliland) for the current fiscal year. Certificate of Ownership/Registration: Proof of legal registration from the Ministry of Trade and Tourism. b) Technical & Organizational Capacity Company Profile: A comprehensive profile including the physical address of headquarters and branches, organizational structure, and contact details. Key Personnel: CVs and professional certifications of at least three (3) lead technical staff members assigned to this project. Experience & Past Performance: A list of at least three (3) similar assignments completed within the last five years. Bidders must attach evidence such as: o Copies of Contracts or Purchase Orders (POs). c) Financial & General Requirements Bank Statement: Recent six-month certified bank statement to prove financial liquidity. Power of Attorney: A signed document authorizing the person signing the bid to represent the company. 3. Tender Documents Eligible suppliers are required to submit the above-mentioned mandatory documents, duly completed and sealed, to the Procurement Office of the University of Hargeisa during official working hours, Sunday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM 4.
