It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Ict Managed Workplace. The Assignment Concerns The Outsourcing Of A Managed Workplace For The Rinis Foundation. The Assignment Includes The Supply, Management And Support Of The Workplace Hardware And The Office Automation Environment. The Services Include The Management And Provision Of Apple Workstations, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft 365 Management, Service Desk Services, Application Management, Licensing And Associated Support And Training. Rinis Aims To Enter Into An Agreement With One Supplier For A Fully Managed Workplace Facility, Where Rinis Retains The Management Role And The Supplier Is Responsible For The Operational Implementation. The Assignment Concerns A Managed Workplace Service. Rinis Currently Has Approximately 75 Workplaces/Employees. During The Term Of The Agreement, Growth Is Expected To Approximately 100 Workplaces/Employees. In A Special And Exceptional Scenario, There May Be A Further Increase In Scale To Approximately 200 Workplaces During The Entire Term Of The Agreement, Including Any Extensions. All Numbers Mentioned Are Indicative. No Rights Can Be Derived From These Numbers And There Are No Minimum Or Maximum Purchase Obligations.
