Software Programming And Consultancy Services – Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Strategic Plan 2023 – 2027 (Upgrades And Maintenance). The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Upgrading And Maintenance Of Information Support For Data Collection, Calculation Of Prescribed Values ​​And Data Aggregation And The Preparation Of The Appropriate Format Of Files For Sending To The Portal Prepared For This Purpose By The European Commission. Information Support Must Ensure The Capture Of Data From Already Existing Arsktrp Information Systems. This Covers Both Numerical And Graphic Data. The Calculation Of The Required Values ​​Is Carried Out In Accordance With Annex Iv Of Regulation (Eu) 2022/1475 And The Guidelines For Disaggregated Data On Interventions And Beneficiaries And The Rules In The Cover Note On Output And Result Indicators, Ver. 20. Information Support Must Comply With The Technical Requirements Of The State Computer Cloud (Dro) On Which It Will Be Installed. The Information Support For Monitoring The Strategic Plan Must Be Integrated, For The Purposes Of Obtaining Data, With Other Information Systems That The Agency Has Installed On The Dro And Other Accessible And Required Resources. The Deadline For The Construction Of Information Support Complies With The Reporting Requirements Prescribed By The European Commission And Is 3 April 2026.
