The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Along With The Service Of Providing Authors Supervision For The Installation Of A Flow Regulator On The Dn160 Water Pipeline In Ul. Okólna In Place Of The Regulating Valve At Ul. Okólna 83. 1) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: A) Design Documentation (Construction Design And Detailed Design) Along With Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, Obtaining Agreement/Consent With The Owners Of The Area And The Road Manager To Carry Out The Works And Locate The Devices, B) Authors Supervision Over The Compliance Of The Investment Being Implemented With The Completed Design Documentation, 2) The Order Involves The Preparation Of Design Documentation Related To The Improvement Of The Transmission Of Drinking Water Through The Water Pipeline Pehd Dn 160 In Ul. Okólna In Łódź. 3) The Designed Water Supply Chamber Must Have Dimensions To Ensure Free Operational/Service Access By Technical Service Personnel To The Built-In Shut-Off Valves, Angled Flange Mesh Filter, Compensation Extension, Ø 50 Mm Air Vent, Flow Regulator And Possible Replacement Of Devices. This Chamber Should Be Designed With A By-Pass Installed With Shut-Off Valves In Order To Carry Out Service And Operational Work On The Flow Regulator, 4) Appropriate Protection Of The Water Supply Chamber Should Be Designed Against Accidental Opening Of The Manhole By Unauthorized Persons And Ensuring The Transmission Of Information And Signaling Of The Opening Of The Manhole, 5) Ventilation And Drainage Of The Water Supply Chamber Should Be Designed, 6) Design Documentation Should Also Include, Among Others: A) Description Decommissioned Utilities, B) Description Of Dismantling And Assembly Works, 7) The Existing Flanged Shut-Off Valve With A Diameter Of Dn 150 With A Manual Drive, Intended For Dismantling, Is Installed On The Pehd Water Pipeline Dn160, Located In The District Road No. 1197 E, At The Height Of The Property No. 83A At Okólna Street In Łódź, 8) The Contractor Will Provide The Price As Part Of The Price Warranty To The Ordering Party Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract.
