The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Custom-Made Furniture And Equipment Along With Interior Finishing Of The Oncology Clinical Research Support Center And The Molecular Biology Laboratory As Part Of The Project Titled Improving And Increasing The Scientific And Research Potential Of Onkocwbk At The Dr. A. Sokołowski Specialist Hospital In Wałbrzych With The Creation Of An Innovative Molecular Biology Laboratory Increasing Access To Clinical Trials And Oncological Therapies, Financed Under The National Plan For Reconstruction And Increasing Resilience In Terms Of Investments D3.1.1 Comprehensive Development Of Research In The Field Of Medical And Health Sciences. A Further And Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of Order Terms (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz). The Delivery Includes The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Measurement, Delivery, Unloading, Assembly, Installation And Leveling Of All Elements, Installation Of Wallpapers And Veneers. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery Of Other Small Equipment (Does Not Apply To Custom-Made Furniture). Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties And That All Materials Used To Produce The Subject Of The Order Have Appropriate Approvals And Certificates And Have The Appropriate Required Approvals For The Finished Product, Which The Contractor Will Provide Together With The Subject Of The Order. The Delivered Furniture Will Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Approved For Trading. Moreover, The Contractor Declares That No Furniture Element Or Any Of Its Components Is Used For Exhibition Purposes And Has Not Been Previously Used By Another Entity Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm), Which Means That It Does Not Cause Significant Harm To Environmental Goals. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Devices Comply With The Principle Of Doing No Significant Harm Resulting From Art. 17 Of Eu Regulation 2020/852 And The Guidelines Of The National Reconstruction Plan. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Delivery In A Way That Ensures No Negative Impact Of The Order On Environmental Goals, In Particular: Preventing Environmental Pollution, Efficient Management Of Resources, Minimizing Emissions And Waste. For This Purpose, The Contractor Submits The Certificates And Declaration Required By Current Regulations (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Confirms That Specialized Waste Will Be Managed In Accordance With Currently Applicable Environmental Regulations And Requirements And Hospital Procedure No. P-Epid-01 Of May 15, 2023.
