Note: -For WPC solid door/windows frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e., depth and width of profile dimension on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. 16 Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter molded of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk stainless steel screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 17 S&F FRP (Fiberglass reinforced plastics) chajja 4mm thick of fibreways or equivalent in required colour size and design made by resin transfer moulding (RTM) machine technology having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 Nos vertically and 1 Nos horizontally 50 x 2 mm thick mild steel flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically including all necessary fittings. The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated polyster resin as per IS:6746 duly reinforced with fiberglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS:11551 complete with protective gelcat ultravoulet coating on top for complete resistance fromm the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight.
