It Is Independent Of The Producers Of Radioactive Waste. The Program Law Of June 28, 2006 Relating To The Sustainable Management Of French Radioactive Materials And Waste Materializes The Legislators Desire To Perpetuate Andra As An Innovative Industrial Player Serving Current And Future Generations, Responsible For Managing All French Radioactive Waste In The Long Term And Promoting Its Know-How. The Agency Brings Its Expertise And Skills To Public Authorities. It Contributes To The Coherence And Completeness Of The Development Of Credible And Robust Solutions For The Sustainable Management Of Radioactive Waste. It Constantly Seeks, Through Innovation And Dialogue, To Optimize The Solutions Provided In Scientific, Technical, Social And Economic Terms. It Informs The Public About Waste And Its Management. Within The Framework Of The Law Of December 30, 1991, Andra Built An Underground Research Laboratory In The Town Of Bure, In Which Scientific And Technological Experiments Were Carried Out. Since June 28, 2006, Law No. 2006-739 Relating To The Sustainable Management Of Radioactive Materials And Waste Has Extended The Approach Of The So-Called “Battle” Law Of 1991. In This Context, The Studies And Research Carried Out In The Underground Laboratory Had The Objective Of Choosing A Site And Designing An Industrial Storage Center In A Deep Geological Layer (Cigéo Project) For Which A Creation Authorization Request (Dac) Was Filed On January 16, 2023. The Scientific And Technological Experiments Carried Out In The Underground Laboratory Aim To Characterize, From A Geological, Geomechanical, Thermal, Hydrogeological And Geochemical Point Of View, The In Situ Behavior Of The Callovo-Oxfordian Argillites, Constituting The Laboratorys Host Formation. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Geophysical Instrumentation For Monitoring The Damage To The Intersections And Galleries Of The Underground Laboratory. These Services Aim To Acquire, Over Time, High-Quality Geophysical Data (Seismic, Electrical, Electromagnetic And Magnetic) Making It Possible To Characterize The Damaged Zone (Edz), To Follow Its Evolution Over Time, To Better Understand The Interaction Between Supports And Argillites, And To Feed The Scientific Models Of Mechanical, Water And Structural Behavior Developed By Andra. • Task 1: Design Of Measuring Devices.
