Quotation are invited for Chicken Coops Installation for Farmers in Akkar. Mada Association is launching an invitation to bid: Chicken coops installation for farmers in Akkar - Ref: RFQ-BMZII2026TRI34 under the BMZ-funded project Strengthening the resilience of vulnerable women, young adults, and men in Lebanon by improving livelihoods and increasing food security, implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa. Bid issuing date: 19 January 2026 A mandatory site visit will be conducted to the farmer located in Mohammara on 27 January 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting point is in front of the Mohammara Municipality building at 9:30 a.m. The closing date for submission of offers is 02 February 2026 at 16:00 pm Beirut time as per instructions in the tender documents. How to apply Submission of Bids will be by Email to: Procurement@mada.org.lb before February 02, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Kindly note: RFQ form must be filled, signed, and stamped. Representative ID, registration Certificate, VAT registration document, Annex 1, Annex 2a, Annex 2b, Annex 3, Annex 4 must be attached to the RFQ. A mandatory site visit will be conducted to the farmer located in Mohammara on 27 January 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting point is in front of the Mohammara Municipality building at 9:30 a.m. Applications from interested bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit will be automatically excluded.
