This Tender Will Create A Flexible, Accessible, Scalable And Omni-Channel Contact Center Solution That Is In Line With Digital And Customer-Oriented Services. The Intended Cloud Contact Center Solution Forms A Solid Foundation For Further Growth And Can Be Expanded To Other Service Points Within The Organization. The Municipality Aims To Reach An Agreement With One (1) Contractor For A Contact Center Solution On The Basis Of This European Public Tender Procedure In Accordance With The Public Procurement Act 2012. The Municipality Intends To Conclude An Agreement For A Period Of Three (3) Years With The Option To Extend It Ten (10) Times By One (1) Year.
