Mechanical And Electrical Engineering Services – Studies And/Or Production Of Industrial Electrical Products. The Services Covered Will Mainly Relate To The Carrying Out Of Electrical Studies, Cabling And Connections; The Production Of Cables And Wiring For Unitary Systems In The Workshop; The Production Of Unitary Prototype Electrical Boxes Or Bays Used In The Laboratory; The Wiring Of Prototypes On The Cea/Cesta Site; The Integration Of Equipment Into Racks In The Factory Or On Site; To The Study And Creation Of Electrical Systems Based On Relaying And Classic Protection. In Addition To The Production Of The Components, The Deliverables Will Be Provided In The Form Of Paper, Pdf And Electrical Computer Aided Design (Cad) Definition Files. The Services Will Also Cover The Implementation Of Acceptance Tests, The Establishment Of The Executed Work File (Doe), The Drafting Of Quality Booklets And Acceptance Report Procedures. Award Of The Framework Agreement And Subsequent Contracts: The Maximum Number Of Holders Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At Three (3). The Successful Holders Will Be Consulted For Each Subsequent Contract (Or “Deal”). They Must Meet The Requirements Of The Cea Within The Framework Of The Execution Methods Defined In The Draft Framework Agreement Which Will Be Attached In The Consultation File During The Offer Phase. The Ceiling Amount Common To The Three Framework Agreements Concluded With Each Holder Is Set At €900,000.00 Excluding Tax. The Ceiling Amount Of Each Subsequent Contract Awarded Pursuant To The Framework Agreement Is €90,000.00 Excluding Tax.
