Environmental Services – Gpso - Dae1 Environmental Coordinator - Est Sector. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Environmental Coordinator Missions As Part Of Preliminary Investigations (Preventive Archeology Diagnostics, Geotechnical Surveys, Release Of Rights-Of-Way) In The Departments Of Lot-Et-Garonne (47), Tarn-Et-Garonne (82), And Haute-Garonne (31) Of The New Bordeaux-Toulouse Line Project, Component Of The Grand Sud-Ouest Railway Project (Gpso) And In Particular For The Deforestation Operations Of The Rights-Of-Way Forestry. The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Ensuring The Implementation Of The Erc Measures Prescribed Within The Framework Of The Dae1, In Particular: -Ecological Monitoring And Monitoring Of Site Interventions, In Sectors Subject To Clearance Authorization Or In Sectors Excluding Clearing But Requiring The Implementation Of Avoidance Or Reduction Measures Upstream Of Preventive Archeology Operations Or Geotechnical Surveys; -Strict Control Of The Implementation Of Avoidance, Reduction And Support Measures As Defined In The “Protected Species Exemption” Section And More Generally In Dae 1 “Preliminary Investigations” Bordeaux / Toulouse; -Technical Support And Advice To Project Management And Site Teams To Ensure Compliance With Regulations And Best Ecological Practices; -The Feedback Of Information, The Development Of Regular Assessments (Report And Sig), And The Proposal Of Possible Adjustments To The Systems If Necessary, In Line With The Evolution Of Field Operations. The Contract Has A Duration Of 44 Months, And Is Composed Of A Firm Tranche (08 Months) And 3 Optional Tranches (12 Months Each).
