It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – 2025-003 Beschaffung Security Operations Center (Soc). The Canton Of Lucerne Is Planning To Set Up A Modern Security Operations Center (Soc) For The Early Detection Of Security Events And The Effective Handling Of Security Incidents. The Aim Is To Introduce And Operate A Hybrid Soc As Security Information And Event Management (Siem) With Suitable Security Orchestration, Automation And Response (Soar) Functionalities In Order To Keep Internal Effort Within The Canton Of Lucerne As Low As Possible. This Call For Proposals Evaluates Two Providers That Enable The Construction And Operation Of A Hybrid Soc With A High Level Of Automation In Order To Identify Current And Future Threats At An Early Stage.
