The Subject Of This Public Order Is To Perform An Analysis Of The Possibilities Of Using European Funds In Combination With Public-Private Partnership Models (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppp Or Ppp Projects) For The Financing And Implementation Of Transport Infrastructure Projects, Including The Creation Of A Practical Manual Containing Specific Recommendations For The Implementation Of Projects In Accordance With The Current And Upcoming Legal And Administrative Requirements Of The European Union Or Subsidy Providers. The Supplier Will Also Be Required To Cooperate In Negotiating The Relevant Terms Of The Multi-Year Financial Framework In The Form Of Providing Advice For The Duration Of The Contract For The Performance Of This Public Contract.
