Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services - Ludwigslust-Parchim District - Property Planning In Accordance With Hoai 2021 For The Expansion Of The Container School (Modular Construction) Of The Connected Regional School And High School David-Franck In Sternberg, Step-By-Step Contract. On The Property At Seestraße 1A In Sternberg There Is A School Complex Consisting Of 4 Buildings: A Listed Brick School Building, A After-School Building, A Former Residential Building For The Caretaker And A Modular School Building. The Planned Construction Project Exclusively Includes The Modular School Building, Which Was Built In 1996 And, With The Exception Of The Existing Wooden Windows, Is In Good Structural Condition. The Aim Of The Project Is To Meet The Need For Classrooms Due To The Increasing Number Of Students And Thus Growing Classes. The Expansion Of The Building Should Also Be Carried Out Using A Modular Construction Method (Container). The Expansion Of The Building Will Create Three Additional Classrooms, Each With A Preparation Room, And A Large Teachers Room. General Requirements For Acoustics, Lighting And Safety Must Also Be Taken Into Account. The Specified Execution Period Exclusively Includes Service Phases 1-4.
